Introducing the addition of Ultra Femme 360™ – A New
Approach To Women’s Intimate Health
Much
like the skin covering the rest of our bodies, the vagina ages and is
susceptible to sagging and a reduction of elasticity. Women often notice
symptoms of vaginal laxity after pregnancy and childbirth but are also
particularly vulnerable to vaginal loosening following the menopause.
Besides
laxity, post-menopausal women often report atrophic vaginitis, whereby the
vaginal lining becomes thinner, drier and less elastic because of declining
levels of the hormone oestrogen. An atrophic (loose) vagina can cause great
discomfort in daily life, owing to a lack of lubrication. These symptoms can in
turn cause general itching, pain during sex and decreased sexual satisfaction.
